The Lyford Cay Foundations are comprised of Lyford Cay Foundation, Inc. and The Canadian Lyford Cay Foundation, registered charities governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, respectively, working together to expand educational opportunity across The Bahamas. Each Foundation is independently governed and administers its own charitable programmes in accordance with applicable laws in its jurisdiction.
